You connect your bank accounts to QuickBooks (takes a few minutes), and I get your books reconciled and caught up to today, so we're starting from a clean slate.
We keep it running
Every month, your books get updated and your reports are ready. You check in whenever you want to, and not a moment more.

- W9 collection and contractor payment tracking, done right the first time, no scrambling in January

- Sales tax liability reporting, with proactive alerts as you approach nexus thresholds
- Quarterly 30 minute review call to walk through your numbers and flag issues early
- Priority email support with a 1 business day response time

- Full financial statements managed: profit and loss, balance sheet, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Full service accounts payable and accounts receivable management, we create your bills and invoices and track payments

- 1099 NEC preparation: $50 base fee plus $10 per form
- Catch up and cleanup bookkeeping: starting at $150 per month of backlog, quoted after a books review
